I have had two large trees removed from my front yard. A large pine in the summer and a large oak this week-both were close to my house. They also ground the stumps. Both times, the service was excellent. Communication was good both verbally in person and via phone/text. From discussion before removal, I was confident they knew what they were doing and would do so safely. Pricing was reasonable and less than competitors. Team knew there business and used every precaution to ensure the safe removal of the trees. The pine tree - presented extra challenges with size, root system and location. That said, they were up for the challenge. They heard my requests concerning different aspects and carried them through. I as very thankful that I had them do the job. I highly recommend them.

I am so thankful I found this company as they were so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and worked in such a well oiled -wheel manner! They did what they promised to do and even more if things came up in the process. Everything was left raked and totally clean. The work ethics of this entire team Matthew has is phenomenal. This company is only one who I will hire if I need work done and highly recommend it to everyone! They were impressive! In the picture below one of the many trees was a large water oak that had rotted and would have compromised the house if it fell. It was a work of art to see them successfully with no damage take it down! Certainly worth the peace of mind!

Matthew and his crew were here today for the second time. The first, last month, was to cut two large trees which needed to come down for safety’s sake, and this time was to prune and lighten up several old trees on our property. They arrived promptly at 8:00am and didn’t stop until they were done, at around 1:30. Very professional from start to finish. Seamless work and cleanup. I will definitely call him again, and highly recommend them for any and all tree removal/maintenance.

Matt and the crew were able to come and do the job within a few days. We have several huge oak trees, so it was a lot of work, but they were able to get it done in less than a day and a half. They were very skilled and knowledgeable with what needed to be cut, and they had all of the equipment needed to take care of it all. My landscaping and gardening is extremely important to me, so I was worried about plants getting ruined— but the crew was extraordinarily careful and went above and beyond to preserve and protect everything— even our sod too! They were amazing with their cleanup work; you’d never even know they were here except for seeing where the cuts were made in the trees. Their pricing is fair, and the entire crew was courteous, friendly and professional.

David arrived when he said he would and ground up our stumps. Not only did he do a great job but he took the time to turn the machine off and show me how one of the stumps was rotten and the tree would have fallen down on its own had it not been cut down.

Matt & the Grand Oaks Team were awesome! Prompt and punctual, my estimate to remove our damaged Oak was completed quickly. The Team handled all aspects of the process - including arborist review and County permitting. On project day, they made quick work of felling our tree, grinding the stump & roots and removing debris. Great Oakes Property Management is a great company to work with. They communicated very well from the initial online written estimate to completion. It’s family owned and worked, they were friendly, took all necessary safety into account, and cleaned up the yard before they would accept payment. Top notch company, I would highly recommend them for any of your tree work.

Our front yard had two large 70ft Camphor trees that were constant maintenance; especially after a storm. We were looking to get them trimmed and came across their tree service ad. I spoke with Matt to get an estimate and he arrived the same-day. He looked at the trees and gave two prices, one for trimming and another for complete tree removal. He gave his expert advice and we decided to go with complete removal. The price was hard to refuse and beat. We set-up a date and the whole tree crew showed up on time and went straight to work. I could not believe how fast they work. 2 large trees gone in half a day. Very interesting to watch. Afterwards the crew raked the debris, used a blower to clean my drive way and neatly stack the wood for haul away. Matt’s expert advice was so on point, we saw clear rotting and fungus on the trees, also tree roaches and other pest. We wont have this problem anymore. I own a property in Seffner that really had a lot of damage from Hurricane Milton. The property looked like a tornado hit and your heart sank just looking at it. Matt has done work in the past for me and I called him out and he handled all the downed trees and debris so professionally and competently I really am grateful. He is wonderful and well priced. Just as that got done trees started uprooting, leaning and dangerous. I called Matt again and he quickly and job well done again put my fears at rest. I cannot give him praise enough and give him the highest recommendation possible. I know he is the only one I would call for my large oaks.

Discovered broken top limbs of huge oak tree in backyard down barely missing my RV. Called and received a quick response from Mathew. David came out within the hour. Due to pending weather proceeded next day. WOW impressed me the way this crew worked safely and efficient. All of the crew (family) were professional and well aware of dangers involved. The way this tree limbs.broken and twisted from down bursts thunderstorms. Tree was healthy no rot and several other homes had tree problems in the immediate area. I wanted to share this with all and recommend them if you have similar problems. Special congrats to David and his sons as well as John’s hard work. This situation is what is called a widow maker in tree talk. This broken tree had limbs broken twisted on way down and had to be tied up piece by piece to remove. Was impressive. Thanks Guys

Grand Oaks did a great job trimming some giant oaks and taking down some weed trees between properties. The price was better than others, the did it professionally, timely, and did their best with multiple homeowner requests. We will use them again. Highly recommend.

I hired Grand Oaks after Hurricane Ian for tree removal, land clearing, and debris clean up on our 2 acre property. I can't recommend them enough - they were friendly, respectful, and extremely hard working. We walked through the property again on the day of just to make sure they covered everything we initially discussed. They did a wonderful job!!! I'll definitely be hiring them again.

He does wonders for my yard when the hurricane hit i had trees down and debris everywhere. Matt and his crew came in and got it cleaned up and it looks like nothing ever happened. One of the trees he cut i had a pineapple plant and a baby tree by it and he was able to get the tree down without hitting them. Hes done work for me in the past and its always been amazing. Matt and his crew did a great job for us. We had to diseased trees one that split in my backyard after the hurricane and the other to the side of the house that was sick and hollow and looked like it could fall on my neighbors house..who is like the neighbor from hell and they came early and used a crane to do the job without destroying my deck..they finished, cleaned up and took everything with them.
